Outreach programs targeting MARPs & KPs with mobile testing units for accessible HIV testing services. Condom distribution and behavior-change communication campaigns. Access to PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) and PEP services. Linkage to treatment, ART adherence support, and viral load monitoring. Stigma reduction campaigns to promote positive living.
